PREMIER BD Press Release concerning Arbitration against China Hualu Group Co., Ltd.
February 5 , 2015 – The Premier BD Patent Licensing Group (“Premier BD”) -- consisting of six leading developers of Blu-ray Disc technology -- today announced that their authorized licensor, Toshiba Corporation, has filed a demand for arbitration to collect royalties due from China Hualu Group Co., Ltd. under its Premier BD patent license.
